Our chef has prepared a special for today, Braised California Streamer, in a white wine reduction, with Yukon gold potatoes and asparagus tips.
This rare (now) flightless bird has first been, as our chef says “seared mid-flight it’s so fresh”. We think you’ll enjoy this limited treat.
Note, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to promote alternative, alternative power sources. Ones that THIS time, they promise won’t harm the environment. ( at least not as noticeably as this )
