Attorney General Eric Holder called for another autopsy to be performed on slain black teenager Michael Brown, whose shooting by a white cop in a St. Louis suburb has sparked violent protests that left a man critically wounded early Sunday.
“Due to the extraordinary circumstances involved in this case and at the request of the Brown family, Attorney General Holder has instructed Justice Department officials to arrange for an additional autopsy to be performed by a federal medical examiner,” Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon said in a statement.
what is there about the death of Michael Brown that makes this a federal case? If you sweep aside the wall to wall media coverage and celebrities flocking to Ferguson, this is a case of one person who was shot during a confrontation with a local police officer, allegedly on the heels of a low dollar value robbery at a convenience store. Nobody crossed state lines that I’m aware of.
They won’t stop until that cop is in jail for the rest of his life.

The message: It’s okay to steal from, then shove, followed by chocking a convenience store clerk and have no worries - unless a racist white cop actually is called to do his sworn duty and the bully/POS is shot. Make sure you point at the police office as if you are armed to escalate the situation.

It’s a shame that one can be violent - act violently towards others to gain property that is taken, not paid for - and then be protected all due to one’s skin color.

If poor little mikey was charging at officer Brown, did anyone consider that he did have his hands up to grab, choke and hit the officer just prior to getting shot?..... Naw, that would never happen. Really?

Ever saw that video of a very large [black] man being stopped by a female [white] officer - and he smashed her face in...the guys daughter is in the vehicle screaming for them to go...he was unarmed [no handgun]...and the officer had to have reconstructive surgery....
Not having a weapon [handgun, knife, bazooka] doesn’t mean - not a danger to the officers life.
I had plenty of encounters where a fight ensued and the person I was arresting attempted to gain control over my service weapon - unarmed can become armed quickly.

People need to start taking responsibility for their actions - and there would be no need for a police state...by the news and liberals - and most RINO’s keep this going...
Barry, we got a problem here, the brother wasn’t shot in the back. He was shot at close range. The first three autopsies favor the cop, maybe we can get a more favorable autopsy.....one more time.
Baden did yesterday's autopsy at the request of Brown's family. Now they need a 3rd autopsy to decide how to spin the difference between being shot from the front and being shot while on his knees, hands in air, the "universal sign of surrender."

It happened in Texas - the officer rejoined the PD, but then later left due to the stress after she recovered...

The left litigates until it wins. By the time they finish autopsying (is that a word?) Michael Brown, his body will look like a box of meat Legos.

I’ve seen this officer’s house on TV and news about his dead mother who supposedly committed crimes decades ago...but nothing on Brown’s prior record. Is he clean or is there a gag order?

I sure don’t blame you for that. I’d be surprised if many in Ferguson P.D. or across Missouri don’t resign, especially when the governor abandons them with his stupid statements.
