JERUSALEM - Hamas reportedly rejected a comprehensive, 11-clause long term ceasefire proposal on Saturday. Egypt has warned that this proposal will be its final effort to secure a lasting end to the Israel-Gaza conflict. According to details leaked by Egyptian newspaper al-Shorouk, the 11-clause proposal contained several key concessions to the Palestinian delegation, including the opening of border crossings between Israel and Gaza, the elimination of the so-called "buffer zones" along the Israel-Gaza border, the extension of the fishing zone to 12 miles off the Gazan coast, and the assistance of Israel and the Palestinian Authority in rebuilding the infrastructure of the Gaza Strip. The proposal also called for negotiations to resume after a month of quiet, at which time the issues of a seaport and airport in Gaza would be discussed. Egypt has warned that its latest proposal will be its final effort, Israel Radio reported on Friday. Hamas spokesman Osama Hamdan said the Egyptian proposal did not meet the needs of the Palestinian people. "Israel must agree to the demands of the Palestinian people, or it will face a long war of attrition," Hamdan wrote in a Facebook post.

Israel should regard that as a resumption of hostilities, and open fire.
First, Israel should announce its intention, and indicate that the entire ceasefire agreement had to be agreed to by Hamas — forcing Hamas to take responsibility — and give a deadline.
Hamas would obviously resume firing first.
Israelis would have to take cover, but Israel should stick to the deadline as its schedule.
The counterattack should be all the way to the sea, along the southern frontier with Egypt, where all remaining smuggling tunnels should be given the demolition.
Then all Arab settlements should be subjected to bulldozing. It’s riskier, but nothing is left.
All those deep bunkers under the “hospitals” in Gaza should be demo’d, and the “hospitals” themselves imploded.
UNRWA should be expelled, and all UNRWA facilities demolished.
The “leadership” (the hindmost terrorists) of Hamas would have to be handed over, including those living the high life in Qatar etc; if not, they’d be systematically exterminated.
If it is death they wish for, why do they hide behind their women and children?
I’m not betting on that “long war of attrition” lasting past next Friday. And it ain’t gonna be Israel doing the “attriting”.
A little armchair QBing: Israel should hunt them down and finish them off.
God Will Judge Our Enemies, We’ll Arrange the Meeting!
Hamas sez, “It’s Allah or nothing.”
Israel, please accommodate these bacterium.
Please...someone...anyone...grant them their wish.

This time, no Mr. Nice Guy. This time take them all OUT.
It will be as God warned the Israelites. Don’t try it without My power. You’ll fail.
If you ask obammy he’ll tell you that EVERYTHING wrong with the world is cause of the damned Joos and white devils.

Speculation is a waste of time. There is only one way to find out for sure.
