A newly-discovered video taken in the aftermath of Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown's death features a conversation between two bystanders, one whom relays what he witnessed—and he states that Brown fled a police car but then "doubled back" and was charging at officers as they fired at him.
Since Brown's fatal shooting has become a media firestorm, inspiring violent riots and looting in Ferguson, witnesses from both sides of the controversy have given conflicting reports on just what happened. However, this private conversation minutes after the incident seems untainted by any desire to protect or tarnish the reputation of either Brown or the police.

Sadly this probably won’t make a difference to the rioters and looters because they’ve already been inflamed by the race hustlers and the LSM.
I sure hope this witness is ehhhhhh, let’s say, black because if this witness, let’s say is Caucasian, then this will not mean shiite.
Even if this witness is black it better not be in the least bit conservative......
This is the type of evidence many people have been waiting for. This combined with an autopsy and forensic firearms report will settle the case.
It is appearing that the officer was probably justified.
I know there a lot of Freepers who will see this as vindication of their “gut” feelings. But it is important to wait for facts rather than respond to your feelings. We try to teach the libs that every day.
Is good the recorder of the audio/video knew where to be. It was the recorder of audio/video that turned this over to Police. This is good Jim. Might mean there are more humans out there than first thought and the animals are more outnumbered than they think.
What I would like to know is if the Regime had any part in fomenting these riots. Something just don’t jibe here, cops all the time shoot blacks yet for some reason they freak out over this one. Somebody put out the word that the cop shot him execution style like he was some sort of KKK guy. Same with the Trayvon Martin case, all the time people defend themselves yet somebody went out of their way to make it a racial case. This kind of crap NEVER went on before The One was unconstitutionally made POTUS. Rodney King case was the result of the liberal media playing the beating tape over and over, but other than that when has this kind of crap ever happened? I’m not talking about obvious abuse cases, I’m talking about these ones which are pretty clear cut. The guy robbed a store, cop shoots him. That’s never happened before? Are you kidding? Or the Trayvon case, obvious case of self defense in front of witnesses and it is made racial? And it involves a Hispanic? No no no, something don’t make sense here. Somebody is fomenting this stuff and my theory is it’s the foreign born Islamic enemy agent posing as a Hawaiian in the Oval office.
It appears the person doing the talking in the background was an eye witness to much of what happened. Maybe not all but much of it. I doubt if he had any idea that his private conversation was being recorded. Also this is before the msm and the race baiters came out with their account of what happened. This gives the guy more credibility.
Even if they find this guy I seriously doubt he would own up to it. The pressure from the community would be to great. Like the sign on the store “snitches get stitches”.

Well they did murder that fat guy in NY the other day. But this looks justified.
The fat guy in NYC had a heart attack while resisting arrest. That’s not murder.

Oh man, this is exactly what is going on here, this piece of rat slime is using these cases to create civil unrest, just part of his agenda to further destroy the US while he proceeds with his main goal of empowering and spreading radical Islam. I mean WHAT else has he done but that? Since day one that is ALL he has done except go on vacation every 2 seconds. And Congress just sits back and laughs at all this. Real nice, we got an enemy of the US in the nations highest office.
The audio recording of this witness made by happenstance is a done deal, recorded before the hysteria started. There was no motive to lie at that point.
Exactly..that is the only true legit eyewitness that can be believed because he saw it happen in real time before all this craziness started..everything else you will hear after the fact are all from people who have a motive to lie

Not fair. Releasing facts ad to the state of mind or actions of an allegedc criminal are irrelevant if alleged criminal could be Obama’s son. Oddly enough the same general logic can be applied to cops who are too militarized and thinkbit is open season on dogs and humans.A bit of a mess here in the USA.
If it comes down to the word of the cop vs. the word of the street thug who participated in the robbery with Brown, one would hope that a jury will see the lack of credibility on the part of the criminal.
I can't see the attorney putting up a witness to knowingly perjure themselves, but this whole mess may be too far gone for the thugs and their enablers to admit their malfeasance.
Regardless of what happens, the rioters and their supporters/enablers in the public and in the media will still try to rationalize that Brown was just an 'innocent victim' and that the cop was wrong for shooting a 300 pound criminal charging at him full speed even after that criminal had already assaulted him.
