She actually blew a .239, not the .29 I posted up thread. Some news article left out the 3 and reported a .29 BAC. This is political payback for her office.
She also drank wine on a regular basis. One of her neighbors called in and said her recycle container sounded like breaking glass every time the trucks came by.
