A logical conclusion, if a black population won’t tolerate a police force doing its job they will just have to live without police and businesses which depend upon police protection.
Let them find their own solution to the criminal problems. But also let them be warned that police will remain in non-black areas where they are wanted.
Commit crimes here and we will have justice and your not going to complain about how it is handled.
