T.E. Lawrence (Arab Revolt, 1917) loved them, fought with them, led them and said, (as shown in 1962 film) of them:
So long as the Arabs fight tribe against tribe, so long will they be a little people, a silly people - greedy, barbarous, and cruel, as you are. (referring to Omar Shariff).
Great news. Looks like IS overextended itself. Time to seek them out and wipe them out.
IS is just a brand, a name that has changed 3 times in 2 months. If we really want to eradicate IS we should ensure we’ll never ever hear about another ‘group’ under a different Islamic name causing excitement & genocide in Iraq or elsewhere.
Absolutely. Stomp it out completely.
Progress is when Islam is dead.

IS-lam << very good deduction. While every bit of victory is tremendously good, winning a battle is not winning a war. Seriously, a lot of people have died & put their lives at great risk (behind the scenes too) to get us where we’re at at this very point. Only progress from now on..
THe IS logo sort of looks like a 45 record. Makes me think it’s really an ad for American Bandstand.

Hopefully the progress isn’t just a temporary deal. Could also be that ISIS is not stupid enough to expend its resources and decided to retreat, regroup, and plan for action in areas where there is no strong unification of forces against them. How long did it take before there was any real resistance - they accomplished a lot of “mischief” with little resistance and opted to forgo serious losses.
BTTT!
Amazing the difference a thousand US Troops make when backed up by US Naval air power.
What US troops?
US troops?
I just wish that as they retreat they would be captured and killed for the crimes they’ve committed and the crimes they will continue to commit.
Yes the US has deployed over 1,000 (”non-combat”) troops in the last few months. Mostly US Marines and US Army Special Forces.
