Mo. (Reuters) - Hundreds of demonstrators in Ferguson, Missouri, angry at the shooting death of a black teenager by police took to the streets in the rain on Saturday night, hours ahead of a planned curfew called for by the state's governor.
Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency, as he and other officials seek to restore order after a week of racially charged protests and looting over the shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a white police officer.
The curfew will run midnight until 5 a.m. CDT (0500 to 1000 GMT) until further notice, said Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson. Johnson was named by the governor this week to oversee security in the suburban St. Louis community that has been roiled by the Aug. 9 shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
The mood among hundreds of protesters on a main road in Ferguson that has been the scene of recent demonstrations was tense and defiant on Saturday night, in marked contrast to the festive atmosphere of Thursday. Scores of police in bullet-proof vests lined the sides of the road in the rain.

This has nothing to do with the “adult” (he was 18) shot. That ceased being the reason when they began burning and destroying their neighborhoods.
This is about unresolved issues and victim mindset amid their own black population they continue to deny and refuse to address “among themselves”.
Governor Chucko is a clown....A wimpy spoiled leaderless jackass....He should have come out in clown costume riding a clown bike, with a little monkey on a leash..

Jesse has already admitted that black yutes make him nervous enough to cross the street.
But only, apparently, if it’s just him, one-on-one with an economy-sized, adult black thug.

So he’s cool with the feral yutes in a large crowd with lots of law enforcement, TV and reporters present.
Maybe sharia law wouldn’t be such a bad idea in high crime areas.

Capt Ron was wrong...this IS who they are. They continue to prove they are nothing but thieves and string-arm thugs.

Once Chucko is unable to stick to his scripted BS, everything goes southbound from there.
