The frustrating thing is it would be so very, very easy to get the USSC to reverse the ruling. In fact it's a way that would get it done so fast it'd make your head spin: seize the personal property of the Justices, using the exact same justifications as in Kelo. (And then just watch how quickly its reversed.)
The indefinite detainment
is likewise easily solvable: detain the supreme court justices, giving them access to lawbooks and writing accoutrements via a PFC.
