Ferguson police released a report today detailing a robbery before the fatal shooting last week of 18 year-old Michael Brown. Chief of police Jackson held a press conference early Friday morning.
Here is a copy of the report on the Ferguson convenience story robbery.
Michael Brown was 6′ 4″ and 292 pounds.

I had guessed him at 6’-6” and 300+lbs just from pictures of him next to his (sperm donor) baby Daddy.

There’s a former Detroit cop living in my little town who came here as a cop about 6 months before we voted to eliminate our police force. In that 6 months he changed dramatically and says his stress levels plummeted. When we closed our police department, he decided to stay and went to school for some kind of computer related training and that’s what he does today.

I am a harsh critic of the jack booted thug mentality pervading police departments across America. The worst thing on my record is a few minor traffic related tickets over the years.
I find it hard to believe that this information is just now reaching the media. On the first night of looting, I posted (here at FR) the video of Dorian Johnson telling about the robbery and the shooting.

In my hometown, just about everybody with the last name of Schuette is a cop. Some are cool and some are jerks. Our top notch state attorney general is Bill Schuette.
Its not just cop families either. My ex wife’s family are all in the asphalt and paving business in some way or another. (High incidence of skin cancer in that family)

Neither one was too “intelligent” so this doesn’t surprise me .... robbing a store in the first place for a stupid starter. MB makes a good BOLO because he’s distinctive, just from his size. If he were not “guilty” (and he knew he’d done something wrong), he probably would have stopped, talked to the officer & it would have ended up ok. He knew he’d robbed the store and being young, stupid and guilty, figured he’s ‘get away’ or whatever else he was thinking. Maybe he freaked out if the officer was trying to put him in cuffs .... that happens. Lots of “stupid stuff” going on (gee ... where have I heard that phrase before?????).
And he stole cigars?

Another Lie. The Cop that shot his was responding to a call of a strong arm robbery at that store just a few minutes earlier and the Perp. was described. The dude dead in the street matched that description. That call had been reported earlier.
Funny how facts and evidence always gets in the way of a Race Baiter on a mission.

No, the officer who shot Brown was not the same officer who responded to the robbery call. The officer who responded to the robbery later went to the scene of the shooting. He looked at Brown’s body and realized that Brown matched the description of the suspect.
