I don’t think that’s right. I don’t think Holder can stop this Judge’s inquiry at all. The show is actually on the road.
Let me make it more clear.
The judge can order an inquiry.
Inquiry may take place.
But even if the inquiry exposes crimes, who is going to
prosecute the criminals?
Correct, not the judge. Judge has no cops or FBI at his disposal to arrest and prosecute. Only the DOJ has that.
Without prosecution, everything is meaningless. Holder
will never prosecute anyone who could turn on Obummer.
That includes Lois Lerner.
Next time, please vote AGAINST likes of Obummer even if the GOP nominee is not your choice.
He can put people in jail for not complying with the court's orders. Start at the bottom and work up. Those at the top will not talk. Those below them will not go to jail for them.
