Tiffany Mitchell, a woman who says she witnessed a police officer shoot and kill Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, shared her story during an appearance on CNN with her attorney Wednesday night.
Mitchell said she was driving when she saw Brown trying to pull away from an officer as the two were "tussling through a window."
She said she had hoped to get a video because the incident "just didn't look right," but failed to get her camera out in time.
"I didn't know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn't look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, but I didn't get a video because a shot was fired through the window, so I tried to get out of the way," Mitchell said.
Mitchell then described what she saw happen between Brown and the police officer.
"As I pull onto the side, the kid, he finally gets away, he starts running. As he runs the police get out of his vehicle and he follows behind him, shooting," Mitchell said.
"And the kid's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turns around and puts his hands up like this, and the cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground and his face just smacks the concrete."
Mitchell clarified she heard a shot after she saw Brown trying to pull away from the cop, and said even after Brown turned to face the cop and put his hands in the air, "the cop continued to come up on him and shoot him until he fell down to the ground."
She said she counted "more than about five or six shots."

Really?? I didn't know they even have bloggers in Mexico!
Absolutely.
Each and every Mexican is a potential blogger.
Think about that in terms of threats to our way of life.
Staggering, ain't it?
They don’t do that because it went down just like the officer said it did in his report. Whether if it did or did not.
Mexico is where HG sends em.
Myteriously, the border is so porous they keep coming back.
don’t know if anyone has posted this yet, from Western Journalism. (Fatal shot fired from within car and social media misidentified officer involved resulting in death threats.)
Police did, however, offer some insight into the events leading up to the shooting. According to reports, Brown was with a friend at an apartment complex when the officer attempted to get out of his cruiser.
The teen reportedly initiated an altercation, pushing the officer back into the vehicle and struggling to retrieve his weapon. A fatal shot was then fired within the car, police confirm.
That story is factually incorrect —
Hence, I want to see the facts. Social media did name a Cop.
That was the wrong cop —
Thanks, I see from another thread that social media has the wrong Facebook (not Police Chief’s wife) and sending quotes out from some woman in Florida.
Hopefully the wrongly identified Cop or his family won’t get maimed from some of the loons.
Social media’s Evil Side.
Drawing on your experience, can you lay out a hypothetical that begins with a guy being told to get out of the street, and ends with him dead 35 feet away from gunshot wounds that doesn’t have “bad shoot” in the middle?
Tiffany Mitchell, the new darling of the race baiting MSM.........She's going to get her hours of fame........
Now that it’s been 5 days with no dirt dug up on the victim and verified that he had no criminal record, I find it increasingly difficult to believe that a young man who successfully avoided trouble his entire life and with plans to start college the following Monday suddenly became an aggressor and attacked the officer when told to get off the street.
I can think of several being former LEO but it’s all conjecture. It won’t hange a thing. I’d need to look at the call log, the data entry, any 911 calls, and interview witnesses before I oukd give you anything lcose to the truth. I’m a truth seeker not an agenda pusher.

I wouldn’t listen to the MSM too much; they’re atthe beck and call of the politicans and don’t have access to the investigator’s complete reports. Much of what they report initially is politically motivated and whoever their puppetmaster’s opinion is.
The Ferguson Police Chief confirmed with his own mouth that the victim had no misdemeanors or felonies. None.
So I have to ask, how did this kid, who professed the desire to be a business owner, avoid trouble for 18 years, only to go berserk two days before classes start at the tech school he enrolled in?
Garbage on TM came out quickly and was undeniable, his unpleasant behaviors were documented all over social media, and verifiable.
So far, I’ve seen only misattributed photos and records on Michael Brown (and I did my own research to track down and verify that they were NOT Michael Brown).
So I’m not believing a MSM narrative, I’m asking my own questions after waiting, watching and researching. How the heck did this jaywalk warning go lethal.
Either a kid with no record is a secret thug or an unnamed cop whose record is currently being withheld is a thug.
I smell fish.
That bogus police report with the four felony charges in St. Ann is actually for a Michael R. Brown who lives in Troy, MO - 47 miles away from Ferguson and 49 miles away from Wellston.
For those who don't believe me, check Case No. 13SL-CR12675-01, State v. Michael R. Brown at https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do
The Michael R. Brown charged with those felonies was also born in 1997, which would make him seventeen this year. That's not the Michael Brown involved in the incident.
Like I said I don’t know and can’t draw any conclusions until unbiased ino comes out. I’m hearing all kinds of things. I think we can agree he pissed off a police officer and that the officer used excessive lethal force. That’s the crux of what I’m hearing. I think the police departments need to make it so that only police officers of the same race as the perp can answer a call. The litigious And the politicians probably would’t like that though...
That’s the only place we differ. I don’t believe there is one that fits what is known. Shooting a man in retreat is questionable in combat, unjustifiable on the streets of America.
