Tiffany Mitchell, a woman who says she witnessed a police officer shoot and kill Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, shared her story during an appearance on CNN with her attorney Wednesday night.
Mitchell said she was driving when she saw Brown trying to pull away from an officer as the two were "tussling through a window."
She said she had hoped to get a video because the incident "just didn't look right," but failed to get her camera out in time.
"I didn't know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn't look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, but I didn't get a video because a shot was fired through the window, so I tried to get out of the way," Mitchell said.
Mitchell then described what she saw happen between Brown and the police officer.
"As I pull onto the side, the kid, he finally gets away, he starts running. As he runs the police get out of his vehicle and he follows behind him, shooting," Mitchell said.
"And the kid's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turns around and puts his hands up like this, and the cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground and his face just smacks the concrete."
Mitchell clarified she heard a shot after she saw Brown trying to pull away from the cop, and said even after Brown turned to face the cop and put his hands in the air, "the cop continued to come up on him and shoot him until he fell down to the ground."
She said she counted "more than about five or six shots."

What I don’t want to see is Mob Rule and Police State Rule. The rioters wanted an excuse to steal and cause mayhem because they knew there is a small chance they would ever be prosecuted. The protestors want “justice” as in immediate death penalty without trial. I would hope we still have some semblance of a Legal System in which mobs don’t decide the guilt or innocence and mobs don’t decide whom should be tried based on skin color instead of evidence.
IMHO, Cop should not have left his car to shoot. If deceased assaulted him, he deserved arrest. Public safety, shooting a guy at 35 feet, doesn’t appear to be called for in this case. He’ll get fired at minimum, but I would like to hear his side and hear the evidence. Hopefully we aren’t a Banana Republic yet.
I post sources — names, dates, places, quotes, ...
You post nothing.
We know nothing for sure so far.
I'm waiting for the autopsy. That will prove or disprove lots of things.
Won't you be disappointed if he wasn't shot while kneeling with his hands in the air! I can hear your wailing now.
A CPUSA attorney by her side. Workers of the World Unite!!
This is how it is done— to gin up the summer riots. Watch what the Clinton’s do, and of course, obamaumao (who is waiting for the action reports to guide his leading from behind at the behest of the instigators— and Val Jarrett negro/iranian chi-town slumlord expert).
Law enforcement officers too -- right???
You post links to gossip and call it proof.
he backed up and threw the door open it seems
Video?
Or gangbanger eyewitness accounts?
Uncle Chip and I were conversing about an INJUSTICE in Houston. The UNARMED man was shot by a chick and the only “story” being told, considering the man was dead (walking up to a car, shot multiple times). The NAACP, the Attorney, the MSM, and Quannell X were on scene immediately while the victim’s body still lay in the gas station parking lot. The woman in question had just been cited for (within a week) road rage. Unless you are a relative of Crystal Scott, or have been keeping up with the case, you don’t know what you are talking about. Since Chip was on this thread, I made my comment to Chip only. Your statement to me?
is there a dob with that?
I'm pretty sure I saw it mentioned that he was just "visiting" his grandmother for the summer, so technically, it was not his neighborhood. His neighborhood would be wherever he stays with his mother and stepfather, I would think. Not that it matters, other than the fact that the cop may or may not have known him. We just don't know the details yet. But rest assured, this incident will be played and replayed and discussed and speculated on ad nauseam for the next year or so.
Meanwhile, the illegal southern border invasion continues. The Middle East continues to devolve into chaos. And the US economy continues to head toward total collapse. What we need is more diversions and distactions.
The autopsy is going to tell the story. My suspicion is that you are going to be very disappointed.
“Wrestling?”
Come on, UC, I really like you and you earned my respect during the Zimmerman wars, but wrestling is the same as fighting, and the allegation was made that all witnesses agree. . .when they didn’t.
If the kid was ultimately running away unarmed and he's got his hands raised and the cop is still firing away, then I'd say there's a problem.
If this witnesses testimony is anything approaching accurate, the cop used excessive force, albeit in the heat of the moment.
Once the unarmed kid failed to grab the gun (presuming he did attempt that), and then he ran, getting shot multiple times in the back (or front with hands raised) is going to be problematic.
He had swelling to the side of his face — not scratches and not bruises and not ... just swelling.
Note that the Chief doesn’t tell us which side had the swelling — as if we can’t figure it out.
Quannell, The NAACP (Houston), the Attorney in question, and the MSM all DESERVE the criticism. They are “race baiting” by trashing a dead guy and trying the case in the media. Trying a case in the media is lynch mob mentality.
well, we’ll see about that, every fact goes in to solving the puzzle
vodka and hi punch? Or could that be gin? Gawd.
No skittles or dextromethorphan evident with the “juice” for the synthetic codeine analog “syrup” concoction.
But the what looks like 9mm semiauto looks to be real.
Those four things are what the cops are on record saying....so if they aren’t true then the cops lied on the record.
This whole thing has been orchestrated. Their first attempt was Saint Skittles, but that one fizzled out.
The autopsy is going to be the first piece of actual evidence in this case. Everything else is words from people with axes to grind.
