A large police SWAT team showed up to a peaceful demonstration in Ferguson, Missouri and the scene is getting increasingly tense, reports Huffington Post's Ryan J. Reilly, who is currently on the ground.
Soon after the team of more than 70 officers came on the scene, they told protesters they needed to leave the area and that "this [was] not open for discussion," Reilly tweeted. MSNBC reporter Trymain Lee tweeted that police told the crowd, "Go home, return to your vehicles. The protesters responded, "Mike can't go home!"
"Your right to assembly is not being denied," the police said later over a loudspeaker.

Like we should be blocking I-5 leading into Mexico until our marine is returned? I shouldn't be comparing such a situation to the race baiters, but blocking a road is very effective for getting a point across. Ask Jim Robinson how it worked in California to block immigration buses.
At least she - evidently - lives there.
Not bussed in like most of the rioters and looters.
This happened in Oklahoma City but is being retweeted with #Ferguson tag.
We didn’t riot, didn’t loot, didn’t burn property.
Total nonsense.

This one but lost audio again.Everyone is going home for now.
So, midnight basketball is out of the question in Ferguson? The feral yutes and the commie instigators have to have something to do don’tchaknow.
Of course you didn't. You blocked a public street to make a point. I'm all for shooting looters on sight. But that's never the targets of officers, those folks move too quick for them. Their targets are inevitably people who are assembling and making themselves good targets.
Our Tea Party that we went to near us apparently had snipers on the roof.
You tell em cabbage.
You got the head for it....

Crowds and police about 20 yards apart. And closing in.
Could blow up ASAP
Thanks!
Wow! ..thanks, stupidity on parade.
They already started arresting reporters...which bothers me a lot. It appears the police do not want people to know what happens. I do not agree with police acting like military. Police need to be police and if they cannot control a situation then let the National Guard regain control.
...And the hippies that I despised 45 years ago might have been right about the cops after all.
That feed is old. You’ll see on the bottom line it will say “rewind”.
That feed ended about five minutes ago.
Camo fatigues — seriously?

“This is not your pappy’s police force, son.”
You are also unfamiliar with the Civil War then. If you dismiss the cause of the war, then you cannot ignore the federals holding Baltimore hostage and the like.
And the “vague reference” is to WWI vets in the ‘20s encamped in protest on the Mall.
