She looked so terrific and strong for such a long time that it was easy to imagine Lauren Bacall might just hang around forever. And who wouldn’t want her to, for the pleasure of hearing her firing off smart, unvarnished remarks about old Hollywood in that husky voice? But the end came at last on Tuesday, when the 89-year-old actress died from a stroke at her home, according to a report on TMZ.

I have no idea why people mourn the deaths of Muslims and Leftists who would happily see that our rights to life, liberty, and property are taken away. Probably Kos/DU trolls.
Praying for someone’s death unless they are an existential threat along the lines of a murderer/rapist is evil.
The Democrats are an existential threat. The Democrat Party is unapologetically pro-murder; without the Democrats, several million unborn children would have experienced life. Additionally, the Democrats also promote slavery to the government, and will happily murder their political opponents if they think they can get away with it.
Lauren Bacall sponsored this criminal organization; she may have been naive and stupid, or she may have been actively committed to the destruction of America. I find the former explanation to be highly doubtful, especially since she gave her “I’m a liberal” interview in 2005 (at which point the Democrat Party was firmly anti-life).
So how about praying for the death of various friends and family of the posters here then? Many of whom are Democrats no doubt. Politics is not a religious cult.
I’ll pray that they change their views first, but if God chooses not to answer those particular prayers then I won’t apologize in praying for the demise of evil. “Evil” includes government murder, government-endorsed murder, and government theft, all things which liberals enthusiastically endorse.
I don’t feel sorry for those who were “only following orders”, or those who didn’t bother to commit themselves towards an honest search of the Truth.
I don’t think I’ll ever see another movie.
As someone who is firmly pro life I mourn her despite hating her politics.

I loved Bacall in “Key Largo” with Bogie, Edward G. Robinson, and Lionel Barrymore. It’s an excellent movie.
