BiPolar is usually ups and downs, hence the name Bipolar. Voices and hallucinations are usually associated with other mental issues.

We only see the people we know or the more famous people. All the ones I have seen were high and low types. They epically and irrationally screw up and then follows a wild scheme that will fix everything.
