“How did Pinto get his Delta name?”
He was really an illegal alien and they called him Beaner. Since Faber was a progressive school and was PC they had to change his name.

Yes he does. I saw him open for Stevie Ray Vaughan one night many, many, many years ago. Lessee, I think it was around 1984.

The book has it Because you have a spotted dong! Got tar on it at the beach when he was a kid.

Funny, they forget DDay. He has had, aside from Bacon, one of the most prolific and continuous careers.

I think he was one of the writers from National Lampoon. God I loved that magazine back in college.
Animal House played at our campus the next winter (after its initial release.) Almost the entire campus went to it straight for five nights.

Vernon was one of those second-tier actors - the ones that are in many movies as secondary characters that push the movie forward, but never quite get to make the star billing.
He was very believable in the roles he played, and that is all any actor could wish for.
I was saddened when he passed away back in ‘05. Another actor in that same vein was Ed Lauter; he passed away last year. Another one of the “good ones”.
Whatever role they played - good guy, bad guy - they did it convincingly and with professionalism. They weren’t drama queens. They were just damn good at what they did.
I miss that type of acting. Many of today’s movies are just pablum.

I’m not sure where D-Day is, but I’m pretty sure he’s a FReeper!

Bridesmaids was funny.
Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Kristin Wieg are funny.

Actually, I meant the character D-Day, not the actor who played him.

That place must be like Mecca for Animal House fans!!
I didn’t know it was a real club... Excellent!
Sort of like Ralphie’s house from “A Christmas Story” - except it’s really in Cleveland, not Indiana...
