In Philadelphia, a man shot in the parking lot outside a free concert for peace. The police chief said that he was not surprised, that the street thugs that they deal with don’t care, that they will do it ( commit violence) anywhere even in a church.

It was a rap concert at the dell. They used to have concerts by the Philadelphia orchestra there when I was in college. We used to take our books and a blanket and study while listening.
