LAVs will do about 75 mph and are a hoot to drive.
Having worked in DC for 20 years, for several federal agencies, I can tell you, ALL OF US ARE BREAKING ONE LAW OR ANOTHER. Either an EPA regulation, an IRS rule, etc. If we move, we speed or trespass.if we stand still, we’re loitering.
