What does he want? Graphs of signal to noise ratios of the radars and tracking information on satellites and locations of ground stations which picked them up? Technical specs of how the NSA has tapped into the internet in Russia and Ukraine? High-res photos of a launch from a spy satellite? By providing exact evidence we give details of methods and allow the Russians to create countermeasures. Often the "how spying is done" is much more important than the actual information collected.
