There was no specific warning of a 9/11 attack, yet the liberals excoriated Bush. Obama had a day by day account of the ISIS attacks and victories available if he had bothered to get his SORRY KENYAN MUSLIM ISIS ADMIRING ASS off the golf course to read about them!
