Someone explain to Arthur L. Caplan that since the American public PAYS for most of the research in this country - including his - that if there’s a vaccine it should be given to save AMERICANS first - then the rest of the world.

Plus the fact that these two put themselves in harm's way going to Africa to try to save as many lives as they could. If they were left to die because the vaccine was given to someone else, I think it might affect the willingness of other doctors to make the sacrifice.
