Godwins Rule of Nazi Analogies, as it is widely known on the Internet, states that as any online comment thread grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 100%. With all due respect to American internet-law pioneer and free-speech advocate Mike Godwin, perhaps the law ought to be renamed after Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who might just be the worlds most verbally promiscuous trivializer of the Nazi legacy.
Just like Hitler, who sought to establish a race free of all faults, Israel is chasing after the same target, Mr. Erdogan recently told supporters at a campaign event. They kill women so that they will not give birth to Palestinians; they kill babies so that they wont grow up; they kill men so they cant defend their country They will drown in the blood they shed. On a separate occasion, Mr. Erdogan argued that Israel has been engaged in a Nazi-like campaign of systematic genocide every day and every month since its creation in 1948. Indeed, Mr. Erdogan apparently believes that the Israelis are worse than Hitler: Last month, he declared: They curse Hitler day and night, but they have surpassed Hitler in barbarism.
Press accounts suggest that Mr. Erdogans Islamist supporters cheer heartily when he makes these lunatic comparisons at public events. Apparently, it doesnt register on them that the total casualties inflicted by Israel during its recent campaign to suppress Hamas rocket fire and tunnel infiltration barely amount to a rounding error compared to the untold thousands of innocent civilians who have lost their lives during Turkeys own campaign against PKK terrorists.

You have to wonder how his ilk, who celebrate the Nazis and lament that they didn’t “finish the job”, consider the label “Nazi” a negative thing.
for a place that chased out most of its Christians and turned churches into mosques..... and which killed over a million Armenian Christians and won’t even acknowledge it ...
this guy has a lot of expertise about Naziism or Nazi-like conduct
but he needs to look into a mirror isntead of trying to project his own deficiencies onto innocent outsiders
Turkey has been a loyal NATO ally for many years, but is in the process of turning against the West. Alliances thought to be solid are stressed and fraying, pulled apart by ancient grievances that never went away and were lurking just beneath the surface. Who knows what the world will look like in another year? We live in a very dangerous time.
Turkey should have been kicked in 74 when they invaded Cyprus.
s/b kicked out in 74
But that was impossible in 1974, because Turkey was vital to our strategy to bottle up the Soviet Navy by controlling the Bosporus and the Dardanelles. But now, without the uniting threat of looming Soviet invasion, NATO's Muslim outpost is drifting away from the West.
Erdogan is the spitting image of obammy, both over the top mooselimbs pieces of crap.
Both having drank the koolaide of the gutter “religion”:.
