No matter what he does it still takes 67 to oust him. He knows it and will do as he damn well pleases. The Constitution was written for honorable men. There are very few of them left in government these days, very few indeed.

Yes, “stretching “ executive authority in the same way you “stretch” a cocktail napkin to fit over a Buick.

The day he does this should be the day he is removed from office by millions of American citizens, but the country sleeps on.

Obama could declare the entire Constitution null and void tomorrow and still we wouldn’t be able to muster the 67 senaturds needed to remove him from office.

Of course. He’s done whatever the hell he has wanted and got away with it. Benghazi. Fast and Furious. NSA. IRS.
No one is challenging his power grab, so naturally he’s grabbing more power.

What laws cover the denaturalization process? Can 5 million naturalized citizens have their citizenship rescinded by the next President and Congress?
To: SeekAndFind; All
Silly me.
Since the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration, I "naively" thought that Obama's bold move concerning immigration would be to encourage Congress to propose an immigration amendment to the Constitution to the states. This is because if the states choose to ratify such an amendment then the feds would have the constitutional authority that they need to regulate immigration and Obama would be a hero.
