National Intelligence Estimate NIE 99-17D, The Global Infectious Disease Threat...
National Intelligence Council ^ | January 2000 | National Intelligence Council

Posted on 08/06/2014 10:21:23 AM PDT by PieterCasparzen

New and reemerging infectious diseases will pose a rising global health threat and will complicate US and global security over the next 20 years. These diseases will endanger US citizens at home and abroad, threaten US armed forces deployed overseas, and exacerbate social and political instability in key countries and regions in which the United States has significant interests.
...
At least 30 previously unknown disease agents have been identified since 1973, including HIV, Ebola, hepatitis C, and Nipah virus, for which no cures are available.
...
Immigration. Approximately 1 million immigrants and refugees enter the United States legally each year, often from countries with high infectious disease prevalence, while several hundred thousand enter illegally. The USCDC has the authority to detain, isolate, or provisionally release persons at US ports of entry showing symptoms of any one of seven diseases (yellow fever, cholera, diphtheria, infectious TB, plague, suspected smallpox, and viral hemorrhagic fevers). Although each individual must undergo a medical examination before entering the country, potentially excludable conditions may be in the incubating and therefore less detectable stages.
Moreover, US law prohibits the Immigration and Naturalization Service from returning refugees who have credible reasons to fear political persecution, including those refugees afflicted with infectious diseases.
..
The globalization of food supplies. Foodborne illnesses have become more common as the number of food imports has doubled over the past five years, owing to changing consumer preferences and increased trade. At certain times of the year, more than 75 percent of the fruits and vegetables available in grocery stores and restaurants are imported and, therefore, potentially more likely to be infected with pathogenic microorganisms, according to a foodborne disease expert.

U.S. has held the patent for Ebola since 2010.

http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/why-does-the-cdc-own-a-patent-on-ebola-invention/question-4438421/

I heard that on the radio last night and looked it up this morning.

Hah. With a two week gestation period, if that’s the proper term, and a sudden onset of symptoms few of us will.

Genome patents are routinely issued to the organization who first sequences it and files.

The ebola strain that usgov holds the patent to is an obscure one with very low mortality.

Fedgov has lots of other genome sequences patented as well. Simply because the genome was sequenced in a fedgov lab.

If they were being evil with this patent, do you think they’d have filed a patent?

How many weaponized strains do you think they bothered to file a patent on?

It’s not the disease that is their goal, it’s the policy changes to “prevent” it.

Massive tax dollar expenditure, public support for Federal authority for military and law enforcement control, etc.

This is all a scam.

And most “liberals” and “conservatives” fall for it completely.

The application for U.S. Patent #: 20120251502. Ebola Patent is found and discussed at http://www.avianflutalk.com/us-patent-20120251502-ebola-patent_topic31500.html

It may be an obscure one with very low mortality as you say but it also has aspects listed that makes it sound like it could be the mother of the tree of good and evil if you don’t mind mixed metaphors.

Why would they (the Dark Side) want a paper trail to weaponized virus strains when they can access the malleable EboBun?

That the Dept. of Health, who filed the application, allegedly handed over most of the rights to a virologist employed by the Center for Disease Control isn’t very heartening, either, in a transparent sense.

If they were going to weaponinze or use bun, why patent it?

All patent aspects ‘talk up’ their ‘creation’.

I know many geneticists who have patented genes. This is nothing unusual, trust me. Someone or other has patented most receptors and drug targets. Ditto genomes of ‘small’ things, particularly experimental ones. This just means that if you want to use this particular strain in your own drug testing scheme, you owe them a usage fee. This has already been done with various receptors for cancer targets, and other useful drug discovery targets.

What they’re doing with all the sequences in the dark of the night, with or without patent, is another matter entirely.

NIH owns the ‘patent’ on technology used in the HPV vaccine. Same thing.

You may already be familiar with all the aspects listed on that application. If you are you will know there is gold in that there bun, too. Pharmacologically speaking.

But there are also aspects that indicate bun can be weaponized, too. Call me a skeptic but if it ever is I doubt the investigation would ever conclusively identify the origin.

It is the dark of night Americans are dealing with.

I’m not sure how else to say it.

If someone wanted to be ‘evil’ with the bun they don’t need to file a patent for it.

And they probably won’t consult the patent holders about it either.

All ebola viruses are ‘weaponizeable’ gold in that aspect. All they need is a field team and some nets to catch fruit bats.

I didn’t mean scam as in it’s no big deal :)

It’s a planned operation like any other nwo operation, which completes steps towards nwo goals, and their goals are really “bad”, to put it simply.

The best way to thwart or at least impede the efforts is always to discover whatever truths one can learn about it and publish them.

Creating massive problems is one of nwo’s primary strategies. Some of the massive problems are as bad as they are touted to be, others are touted to be far worse than they actually are.

The diseases may be dangerous if contracted, but they are trying to create public hysteria, so they leave out the fact that it’s not going to be as widespread as they lead the public to believe (for example, CIA, I believe it was, predicted 45 million Americans dead from HIV by the year 2000 - no one ever goes back and points out the stream of lies they’ve spewed), and of course if they’ve purposely spread the disease themselves they leave that out of public news media reporting.

It’s very easy to “slip people a mickey”; intelligence agencies, including CIA, many times have used poisons.

Look on the internet for Air Force manuals which detail policy and procedure for handling national emergencies inside the 50 states. It’s nuts.

This NIE was from the year 2000. It was preceded by decades of international organizations working towards promoting forced vaccinations worldwide and all sorts of “takeovers” of third world countries’ medical establishments.

The Rockefeller Foundation was pushing to invade/run the medical establishment in China a hundred years ago. I have a PDF of a report, I can give you a link.

The Foundation reports sound the same as all the garbage that is peddled on the TV and internet news today.

If you carefully read my other post, the doctoral dissertation on “framing” of issues in the media, you’ll find specific research on which “frame”, e.g., the frame of people thinking that they will contract the disease, as opposed to the frame of people wanting to “help other people”, being studied as to it’s effectiveness at changing public opinion on the exact same situation.

Based on reading that dissertation, it’s painfully obvious that the illegal immigration issue we see on the Mexican border and this ebola scare were specifically timed to occur at the same time. We see a large part of the news on the illegal immigration focus on scabies and other diseases that have been found amongst the illegals coming over the border.

Thus a “government” “legislative” or “executive order” solution is “needed” to deal with the issue of immigration and disease.

I have another doctoral dissertation by an Air Force officer which specifically lays out spread of disease through illegal immigration as a military threat.

These dissertations, of course, are just a small part of tons of elite discourse from the 1990’s through now about this subject; this has been planned all along.

Also, for over a decades various religious organizations have been brought in as government partners on this project, to promote the ideas with their members and with government officials.

Didn't think so. That response reflected what's left of the not quite defunct denial mechanism I use on occasion.

Thanks for the additional information. The bad guys have been around and active for a very long time as you have indicated but as good as they have been at creating hysteria in the past at some point the Lucy/Charlie Brown/football gambit will lose its impact on the crowd and the, or a, big event will have to take place to reinforce the fear factor and gauge how effective they've been taking their plan to the next level.

There's no doubt in my mind there is more to the open borders than bringing in more democrats. The media's sudden awareness of the diseases accompanying the invaders when they attacked or ignored the late Dr. Madeleine Cosman a decade ago for her warnings of these same dangers is an obvious example of the media framing of this issue.

Perhaps this Ebola focus is meant to distract US from the fact they are enabling gang members and terrorists easy access to US. It's difficult to say since the globalists are so adept at using the multi-tiered attack method on our culture of liberty and freedom and that multi-tiered strategy doesn't exclude the possibility of a sizeable outbreak to occur.

But their marquee event I expect to unfold is the uprising everyone has come to expect started by the terrorists living among us and exploited by the leftists and their gangster buds. And that's only the beginning.

I have no good expectations from any level of government to act on our behalf any longer. I've devolved to micro level defensive interests. Neighborhood and family level.

Right. This kind of thing happens all the time, some parma lab patents, say, the gene sequence for polio. Doesn’t mean they invented the disease.
