I disagree. Repeal the stupid Bush law, exempt border patrol from stupid regs that forbid their actions (EPA), permit use of troops to guard border, permit local law enforcement to arrest illegals, build a wall, expedited removal, end anchor babies, etc.

This bill is just more of the same things that created the mess.
