Love to see her charged and tried in a court of law. I hope she gets at least 20 years, and we hear it's not eligible for a presidential pardon. She'll turn state's evidence and rat the Choomer in a heartbeat. Unless of course the prosecutor deliberately throws the trial like Clinton's people did for Bill Ayers.
Remember how the AIG execs had a law passed specifically for them - giving them a 90% tax rate (or was it 100%?)
Well... Presidential pardon for Lerner or not, Lerner needs to have at least a 100% tax rate on all her earnings for the rest of her life.
