Yeah, you say that until you're the defendant. As it stands now, he's not a “murderer” at all, no more than George Zimmerman is, despite the protestations of the left. If I were in his shoes, I'd be on the horn with my attorney, getting the lawsuit against that site going.

Well, Plastic Man, you might be in a differerent comic book universe than Dr. Sivana, but I don't think this is embarrassing or wrong.
He's one of the NRA's lawyers. He is not the face of the NRA. He is a hirling. If he had been found guilty, he might well have been out of jail 30 years ago. Without the jail, he has kept his nose clean. He got lucky and made the most of it.
He is obviously a skilled and talented attorney, and I would be happy to hire him. With Bill Ayers cackling all over, you are worried about this employee?
