I don’t this is going to go down well. Every action gets a reaction, which is how Obama walked us into this mess in the first place.
One of my college roommates (late 1960s to early 1970s) is such a flaming California retired teacher liberal. She complains about Obmama but votes for him, because he spoke to the NEA and promised to keep teachers working, guaranteed their jobs. HE HAS NO CONTROL OVER LOCAL JOBS at schools! He lied and lied and lied. But she still voted for him. And I know she will vote for Hildabeast.
The whole thing is wobbling at best. Obama and Putin both stubborn and relentlessly trying to one-up the other doesn't help in the situation. There's some very real personal conflcits between these two playing out in this...and other nation leaders are quite aware of it.
Well all Putin needs to do to avoid sanctions is pull his Russian insurgents out of Ukraine and allow those who lost civilians in the MH17 shootdown to get access to the site.
