I wouldn’t call that a choke-hold. There’s no indication he was blocking her airway at all. There is obviously more to this than meets the eye.

The officer probably reminded her it was illegal to grill on the side-walk and she went ballistic. Laws don’t mean anything to some people, and Black empowerment teaches these people to refuse to listen to anyone at all. Who cares if it’s an officer or not?

Under some circumstances, the officer is right to push the issue until the citizen complies, or he takes them into custody.

She probably could have said something like, “Sorry officer, I’ll move it to the back.” He would have simple watched her do it, and moved on.

I don’t know the sidewalk situation, but neighbors have a right to use the sidewalk too, and it may have been a small sidewalk that didn’t allow for grilling and safe passage.

If you don’t like the laws, get them changed. Otherwise you have to comply with them like everyone else.

There are so many laws they literally cannot be counted. The ABA tried and gave up. As for the cops being hated and ignored by peons, they worked hard to earn this total lack of respect.

I look at a person in a situation like this as a patriotic hero. Exposing the evil thuggish behavior is our only chance retaining our freedom.
