Here is the amnesty deal I could go for:
If you are in our country illegally, you have thirty days of amnesty to turn yourself in and self-deport.
After which, we will place a $1000.00 bounty on the head of every illegal, man, woman, or child; payable to any US citizen who brings them in. These will be dumped unceremoniously on the Mexican border to find their way home as best as they can.
Add a $10,000 bounty on any employer who hires an illegal, because THAT is the root of the problem.
