You seem to be right about NATO membership. Others have chimed in too. My thought on that is that there is an internationally recognized blockade of the Gaza Strip. There is justification for it, and the world community has evidently signed on conceptually.
Here Turkey would be running an internationally recognized blockade. That would seem to give NATA member nations wiggle room to avoid involvement.
I do think Vlad could play the sympathy card, and woo Turkey away. Turkey may buy off on that. I don’t know.
