This is insane, why overturn 3 capital murder convictions because of a minor procedural error during sentencing? They were found guilty of four murders and attempted murder before the error occurred. WTF is happening in this country? Has every govt institution lost its mind?

This seems to be the equivalent of ‘flooding’ on the political level. Just overload Americans with so much insanity, the system collapses.
Remember hundreds of millions of bullets every federal government department was buying?

Our Owners run the Crimnel Jesters system. They just want you to know that it's all completely arbitrary and a laugh-a-minute jest for them, and there's nothing you peasants can do about it.
Now, if these pieces of excrement had killed people related to the Owners, they'd have been cooking in Ol' Sparky so fast it would have made their heads spin.
However, their victims were just ordinary peasants, so the Owners will make mock of the families with this sort of claptrap.
This sounds like one of those decisions where you wish the judges had to live up close and personal with the murderers.
