Strong Mother instinct, I would guess.
Beautiful video, SF!

Perfect photo.
I just came in from the mercy bird mission, it is a baby Robin.
He is getting stronger, walking around as best he can, right now he is more legs than anything. Tough little one.
I found that song years ago. It was on an LP record, I still have it, but youtube is so handy these days.
I would play that song for my little babes, they loved it.

box on right indicates Robin babies walk around on ground before they can fly.
Very nice. This is a quiet little Dutch town in the Frasier River Valley. Small town life is comfortable. I’ve been traveling to Seattle and back a lot for the chamber music concerts, but that ends next week. Today we’re having a winter storm come early. It’s raining, which is something that doesn’t happen very often during the summer in the Pacific Northwest.
((HUGS))Good afternoon, LUV W. How’s it going?

Hi MEG,
Your link; this is amazing, while I was away this afternoon to have my eyes examined, my granddaughter saw both the parents of the baby Robin sitting by him.
I was just out there to watch him and he is sitting up like a little solider waiting for Mom to come around. She is hanging around close by so I came inside to leave her to tend to her babe.
He is so much stronger now I have strong hopes he will live.
So now my eyes need new lenses, I will use my current frame as I paid mucho dollars for it in the 80’s. They are hand hammered silver.
The rains came while we were out I fear the little one will get a chill. Worry, worry about the baby bird.

No but I’ve never been much for cocktails
Enjoy your concert tonight!
I am going to bed early...Road trip tomorrow! :-)
Good evening Meg and (((HUGS))). Had a long PM shift with two freight deliveries. Lots of merchandise put up today and more tomorrow.
I've never been a daiquiri person. Just give me scotch on the rocks or with a splash of water.
In the Mendelssohn trio, I thought the instruments were going to catch fire. The Brahms songs with alto and viola were exceptional, and the Vaughan Williams song “How Cold the Wind Doth Blow” moved me to tears.
