It isn't about doubt...nor is it about Putin....it's about finding of facts of a passenger plane downed in an active war zone... which to date have not been determined in full.
At question is who fired the shot.....currently it appears the Anti-Kiev fighters mistook the plane for a cargo plane. Even that remains to be evidenced as so.
Russia and the US/EU and Kiev are using this as political cannon fodder....if that's not obvious to you then you need to get with the ‘media wars’ in full operation now....and have been since the Maidan revolution.

You don’t think it important to note that the Russians are now saying there may be a different scenario, and they provided “proof” of it, and asked the Obama Administration to do the same?
