especially if the GOP wins back the Senate this fall.

BS

Lindsey Graham and his cohorts would vote FOR anyone Obama wanted to nominate.

True. Add to that that SCOTUS judges are really trolls and live 100+ years and, well, for the first time ever I’m with the ODimwit WH on this one.

Even if (big IF) the gop-e takes the senate, the hildebeast will just foist some lib/prog/socialist/commie upon us once she’s (s)elected. CONfirmation hearings? They’ll probably just bypass those to please the 2nd (and smartest woman in the world) female (p)resident. After all, she probably still has keys to the WH.

Hatch would advocate a suitable liberal replacement.

I [Hatch] asked whether he [Clinton] had considered Judge Stephen Breyer of the First Circuit Court of Appeals or Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals....I knew them both and believed that, while liberal, they were highly honest and capable jurists and their confirmation would not embarrass the President. From my perspective, they were far better than the other likely candidates from a liberal Democrat administration.
