If she objects, it's to the means used. She may be offended becuase he's doing the dirty work that she thinks ought to be done by SCOTUS.

Some on the left have openly worried it could be tough for the Obama administration to fill a vacancy, especially if the GOP wins back the Senate this fall. The left don't have to worry about the "GOP" not rubber-stamping an Obama justice nomination -- that's a forgone conclusion. However if a substantial number of CONSERVATIVES win in the Senate, that's another story.

I’m more worried that we lose a conservative justice during Obama’s term. Then we’re really up a creek.
Perhaps because of CJ Roberts' vote regarding the ACA being a tax, we're likley WAY up the creek already.
