The White House says its not worried about a possible retirement by Ruth Bader Ginsburg or any other Supreme Court justice.
Speculation on the high courts next vacancy has centered on the 81-year-old Ginsburg, who has had health problems.
Some on the left have openly worried it could be tough for the Obama administration to fill a vacancy, especially if the GOP wins back the Senate this fall.

I think she doesn't like what 0bama is doing to her nation. --
If she objects, it's to the means used. She may be offended becuase he's doing the dirty work that she thinks ought to be done by SCOTUS.

The left don't have to worry about the "GOP" not rubber-stamping an Obama justice nomination -- that's a forgone conclusion. However if a substantial number of CONSERVATIVES win in the Senate, that's another story.

If she objects, it's to the means used. Agreed. It's b/c she is smart enough to know that if the means/methods being used are allowed to stand that the next R president can use the same methods to both undo 0bama's excesses AND push farther the other direction.

Im more worried that we lose a conservative justice during Obamas term. Then were really up a creek.
Perhaps because of CJ Roberts' vote regarding the ACA being a tax, we're likley WAY up the creek already.

It would be easy for Obama to fill a vacancy: Just nominate someone who isn’t a lifelong pro-abortion activist. It will never happen, because Obama views anyone who isn’t a lifelong pro-abortion activist as a monster.
