Where, Mr. Hurt, is your outrage over having to now pay the health care bills for people who smoke tobacco and eat crappy food? Good question. Once the "it takes a village" notion gets a foothold, it spreads like a fungus.

There’s conflicting evidence about the links between smoking marijuana and cancer. There’s no evidence that it’s in the same league as smoking tobacco. That's because the raw amount of smoke is much lower -- Lots of people have multiple-pack-a-day cigarette habits; I doubt that even Cheech and Chong ever had a multiple-pack-a-day joint habit.
