Under what authority? Employers don’t work for him. Piss up a rope, dumbo.
Employer: Cut birth control coverage? absolutely not (but I will be cutting the abortion drug coverage)
moron
I am sick of this crap “ordered”? Since when does the White House issue orders to employers?
Come on people. How long are we going to take this crap?
There is no such thing as "free" contraception. If your health plan covers it, you are paying for it, plus administrative fees. If your plan does not cover it, you pay for it without the fees. Either way, you pay.
Plus, the Hobby Lobby decision was not about birth control. It was about drugs that they consider abortifacients.
White House issues imperial edict...
“Employers ordered...”? Really? Obama does not have the power to ORDER anybody.
I Order The Obama Administration to cease and desist....hey...I have as much authority as the one...
“Labor Department officials announced the policy just a day after Senate Republicans filibustered a bill that would have overturned the justices ruling”
Congress can’t “overturn” rulings from SCOTUS. What a bunch of idiots these baby-murdering, pinko, commie-swine, devil-worshiping, inbred, bug-eyed, foreflushed, dirt-eating moonbats are.
Notice they stopped referring to it as “contraceptives” and are using the more accurate “ birth control”. Should play a little better for their case.
All of this over 5 to 10 bucks a month of a particular kind of pill.
It’s really about the War on Women. Alinskyites never let up on the barrage—they never have enough power.
What about the War on Whites?
I would hope that the insurance company would let the employees know rather than have them find out by getting a big bill.
I imagine this could backfire, as almost no employer is going to do this.
Further, in the time it took Obama to send this, he could have simply fixed his regulation to make it legal.
The fact that the administration has pushed a law they couldn’t pass, and now this decree, shows they don’t actually care about the free birth control, they just want an issue.
It is entirely within the power of the administration to fix their own regulation as the Supreme Court suggested.
But Hobby Lobby didn’t cut birth control from it’s insurance. The White House doesn’t even know what happened.
So this is why FB was bombarded today with posts about it not being your employer’s business if you want birth control pills in the health insurance they provide.
