I don’t get why they would be afraid though, are these cops that naive and stupid or did this guy rob someone? They are reacting as cops would react when confronting a suspect who just committed a felony, but this guy is just camping out.
The guy is claiming to be a secret agent and is threatning to kill the officers. BUT, on that rough terrain, against I think 3 armed officers and a K-9 officer and dog I don’t see how he can be a threat. If the Officers want to take him in, bean bag him a few times, drop the dog on him and no worries.
But to flash bang him then shoot him when he startles... That’s some weak cheese.
I don’t know, but all over America guys deal with this stuff without being armed, or killing the guy.
