You know, they call diversity destroying our investments in our own replacement with the shifting of it to these people.

If I put money and lives aside to replace my old car and self, why would we redistribute this to have some other kid be my replacement? Unless my kid commits a crime, i do not see why.
Some diversity indeed somehow my genes and ways cannot contribute, but we have to subsidize instead.
