“-—unlike our FECKLESS leader.” Must have been a typo but I got it fixed.
Rule of Law doesn’t mean a thing without God. It’s his laws first. Law without God becomes an instrument of tyranny. Look at Islam and Sharia. It’s as godless as it can get. Some say it’s fine to stone women, others that it’s a mistranslation. They have Fatwas covering raping little boys and fatwas for using prostitute-wives for an hour or so. People say Sharia is harsh. It’s harsh because it is godless.
We’re not setting up a theocracy either in the USA or Israel ... :-) ...
The “Rule of Law” that we’re talking about here is Political and not theocratic.
“just as the only way to rid yourself of a bedbug extermination”
Another poster wrote here years ago that this will only end after we have killed a certain number of muslims. The thing is, we don’t get to decide what that number is; they do.
“Dont start none- wont be none.”
They done started it. Question is, will we fight back?
yes, a big difference between how israel holds its criminals to account vs palestinians makes them heroes
..................
There are so many fake hate crimes, that one becomes worn out, and skeptical. Also, most people who are murdered, are killed by a close relative, (this is true of all societies), so there is suspicion of that, as we saw in this case. But of course there are also real lynchings and hate crimes.
If the accused are guilty as charged, then they also planned, but failed, to kill a little boy of 9. They are beyond hope.
An eye for an eye.
See how they like what they dished out.
Nonsense. Nothing in America’s Founding was purely political. The American Rule of Law was a outgrowth of American faith in God, Christian faith. Read Black’s law guide and you’ll see that God clearly was involved in the evolution of British common law as well.
Sorry to disappoint you, but we’re still not a theocracy and neither is Israel. Israel protects all religious groups ... from Christians to Judaism and Islam along with their respective religious sites.
The USA, likewise, protects all religious groups in their right to freely practice their religious beliefs ... from Christians to Judaism and Islam, and a whole host of other religions!
And in all that and all those various religions ... the rule of law still applies here and there in Israel and across the various religious boundaries and choices of beliefs. And not a single person has to even believe in God or be required to do so to participate in the government or administer the various functions of government or to vote for representatives of the people.
.....”Sitting here, watching the world under attack by Islam I really dont give a damn why, or how, a Muslim dies. I dont care about humanely stomping on cockroaches either. Any way you getem is ok by me”.......
Easy to relate to your comment......I reached my limit of tolerance and sympathy as they paraded their dead, and not so dead as dead, before the world as a tool of defense. Killing their own, and putting them in harms way without blinking an eye in order to gain the worlds sympathy.
I no longer squirm at their photos and realize it’s part of what they stage rather than mourn.
I didn’t say they would, I said they should.
Agreed.
I would like to see Winnie “burning tire necklace” Mandela fry next to them.
The left is very selective in it's outrage when it comes to who gets BBQed and who lights the match
That's a horrible, un-Christian thing to say.
I'm sure there are Muslims who feel exactly the same way about Christians.
Does Jesus Christ harbor such indiscriminate attitudes? I think not.
We as Christians shouldn't exhibit the same blind hatred which we decry when coming from our savage, extremist adversaries.
On the contrary, as hard as it is to do, we are challenged to embrace a higher standard, one which includes loving our enemies.
IMHO, the vast majority of all people want to live in peace. Even most Muslims. But even if that's not true, Christians must always strive to take the higher road, as described in teachings such as Christ's Sermon on the Mount.
Many of Christ's teachings on love are "hard", and it's so very easy to hate.
No disappointment. America never was meant to be a theocracy. Perhaps, we’re speaking past each other. Anyone familiar with America’s Founding knows that it as their Christian character that gave us religious liberty and the rule of law. Lose that Christian character and you lose the rule of law. That’s my only point.
Keep in mind that NK and Cuba have Rule of Law. It’s nothing like ours. Why?
Yeah there are just SOOO MANY Israeli “terrorists” out there.
Do I really need a sarcasm tag on this?
If these individuals are guilty of this barbaric crime then they should be executed.
They’ll be convicted of the crime, but having said that ... there is not a death penalty in Israel.
