Diabetes? Gout? Drunkenness? That is PAINFUL to watch. A young guy waddling like an elderly person. Note he is the ONLY fat guy in North Korea. All the rest are thin/emaciated. BTW, one of the most SURREAL video clips I have ever seen.

Looks like foot necropolis from Diabetes. My brother in law walks the same way. Notice he’s the only fatty fat fatty in the video. Pretty soon he will be rolling along in a wheelchair with no feet.

Looks like a limp from an injury to his right leg. As others have said maybe knee or ankle. It also could be right hip related. I wonder if he got thrown when he was out horse riding.
