"If you think he's encouraging them to come, you've completely misunderstood him." I haven't listened to Beck in a long time myself. No....that's not true. I did turn him on a couple of weeks ago, just to hear him blubbering about all the listeners he was losing.
One more time: Rick Perry told Sean Hannity that all of this kind, charitable treatment is serving to increase the invasion. Their calls are being monitored, and they are telling family to come on up and get in on the goodies.

The charitable treatment the government is handing out likely does. If they knew they were going to be sent back shortly, their calls would take a different tone.
That’s Beck’s position: send them back ASAP, but care for them while they’re here. Privately. I think that’s sensible.
