Mississippi Update: McDaniel Not Going Down Without A Fight
conservativehq.com ^ | 7/9/14

Last month, true conservatives won a huge victory in Virginia when Dave Brat ousted House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in one of the biggest upsets in political history. Conservatives in Virginia sent a clear message that Americans are tired of entrenched incumbents that bend to the will of President Obama.

Two weeks after Virginia’s primary, conservatives nationwide were robbed of a similar victory in Mississippi at the hands of well-funded liberal interest groups and even a Republican Super PAC who used leftist tactics to drive Democrat voters illegally to vote in a Republican primary runoff.

Thad Cochran's campaign used the race-baiting tactics of the Left to steal the runoff election by soliciting illegal votes from liberal Democrats.

But as Chris McDaniel told supporters in a recent email update, the Republican establishment overplayed their hand. McDaniel’s campaign team has uncovered evidence of voter fraud in Mississippi, and McDaniel is challenging the results of the election.

McDaniel has already found thousands of irregularities in the voting process. According to Mississippi state law, Democrats who voted in the Democratic primary cannot vote in the Republican runoff, and that is exactly what happened.

In our view the runoff election was a sham, plain and simple. Across the state, Democrats voted in the Republican primary to make sure that Thad Cochran could return to Washington to keep pushing for reckless spending.

According to campaign laws, Chris McDaniel is not allowed to use campaign funds to challenge the ruling of the election. That means that even if you contributed before, McDaniel cannot use that money as part of the legal challenge.

Good for them. How convenient that campaign money raised cannot be used to defend against election fraud.

That's what you get when you have an open primary. Change the process and your problem is solved.

McDaniel's only real hope is finding enough illegal ballots. The powers-that-be are doing all they can to make sure that doesn't happen.

If you need illegal votes, even a brain-dead old coot knows you have to seek out democrat voters.

Does anyone know how many voting irregularities (Dems voting in Dem primary and then again in Pub primary) have been turned up yet? They needed around 7,000 illega votes by Dems. Has the McDaniel’s campaign met or exceeded that amount yet? Anyone know?

If the RINO party doesn’t tell Thaddeus to step aside soon, no telling how many RINOs and RINO operatives might wind up in the slammer.

Republican Party is a sham of what it once was. RINOs keeping good conservatives out of party because they fear the idea of having to stand up for what is right.

McDaniel's only real hope is finding enough illegal ballots. The powers-that-be are doing all they can to make sure that doesn't happen.

Well, they've already found 5,000 illegal ballots and they haven't even gotten to the thousands of Absentee Ballots which is where voter fraud REALLY takes place. They only need 6700 illegal ballots.

See my Post #11. They only need 6700. They have 5,000 already and they have not gotten to the Absentee Ballots, yet, where voter fraud is most easily carried out.

The McDaniel camp are claiming thousands of illegal ballots and the other side is claiming they're exaggerating. I don't know where McDaniel can take his results to since the policical offices are full of GOPe appointees and the local judiciary is probably stocked with the same kind of people.

I thought I read here that he’d already found around 6000, but don’t hold me to that, as the situation seems to be in constant flux. I don’t remember which thread.

The Republican establishment basically slandered him as racist. Why should he give in and rally round the party at this point?

I think his lawyer says in this press conference that they have more than 6700. Can’t quite remember and don’t have time to watch video just now.

This situation in MS may become the reason why Harry Reid stays in charge of the Senate in November. The RINOs are giving the GOP base a very good reason to stay home.

That's what you get when you have an open primary. Change the process and your problem is solved.

Target a state and get to work. May I suggest Red Hampshire? Their 'first in the nation' primary status often sets the table for subsequent primaries, and their open primary system damn near GUARANTEES a RINO will get momentum right out of the gate.
