My opinion is that impeachment will probably happen but not now. We need a few more scandals (and they will happen) and much greater public support for impeachment. I think Boehner is biding his time.

There is no choice in the matter. He must impeached. Otherwise you are condoning his actions and the country is finished.
Agreed. Impeachment will not fly. Suing him is silly. A military trial on charges of espionage is the only way to get him out.
