Dont call him Chris Christie.
Republican Texas Gov. Rick Perry refused to greet President Barack Obama at a tarmac photo-op this week, and instead challenged Obama to hold a substantive meeting with him to discuss the illegal immigration crisis currently engulfing states along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The White House requested that Perry meet Obama on the tarmac Wednesday as he gets off Air Force One on his way to Democratic fundraisers in Texas, which could have created another tableau like the Chris Christie hug during Superstorm Sandy, which helped Obama in the 2012 election. But Perry wasnt having it.

I'll never support or vote for Christie for hugging Obama and giving him that photo op a few days before the general election.
Nice gesture BUT Perry needs to do MORE... much more!
Good for Perry.
It would be cool if Ted Cruz showed up unannounced at the round table meeting today with Perry and Obozo.
“...Smart move by Perry. ...”
Sure is. GOING there shows deference and weakness.
Make HIM come to see YOU, if it’s so important to meet.
Nicely done, Governor.
I myself would not shake hands with that POS. Lord knows what those hands has been doing lately especially around Reggie Love.
what happened at their meeting off the tarmac?
Agreed, well played.
It was a good start. But only just that.
Obama cannot fire Perry and Obama loses because he's been diminished while he is vulnerable in the polls and Perry gains because he has elevated himself in the stature game over the president of the United States.
We the people gain because it illustrates how Obama has played the image game and avoided substance throughout his administration, just as he is doing now in Texas attending fundraisers, avoiding the border, and condescending to the people of Texas through is treatment of their Governor. Perry has learned from Obama's treatment in similar circumstances of the Governor of Arizona and quite nicely turned the tables.
Bravo!
I recall the picture of Governor Brewer meeting the clown at the tarmac, where she appeared to be lecturing him.
Even though that one still image showed her having an upper hand, it still showed her as going to meet HIM, instead of him coming to her.
Image is everything in this day an age. It used to be “character” meant everything, but that seems to have died when Ronald Reagan left us.

(sorry for the double post...)
When Obama shakes hands he tries to hug ,embrace and put his hand on their back to try to dominate the person
Good article. I love the comment that Perry should pack Air Force One with illegals while Obama is at fundraisers.
I’d love to read the DUmmie comments on this but don’t want to infect my computer.
Perry probably didn’t have any hand sanitizer readily available.
No apology necessary, I’ve had it happen a few times myself. Besides, it was worthy of a double......:-)
Banning the teaching and speaking of Spanish in Public Schools would expel many Illegal Alien Invaders from US Public Schools, and thus reduce the financial impact to US Taxpayers whose taxes pay for Public Schools.
The failure of the Obama Administration to protect the Citizens of the US from the expenses and job losses caused by the Invasion of Illegal Alien Invaders from Spanish-speaking countries proves that this Obama-caused “Dreamer” Invasion was implemented by Obama to “Fundamentally transform the United States of America.”
Obama engineered this damned invasion. Who's going to slap him around over it? Meet him? A real Texan would take a stick and beat him.
