Immigration laws exist NOW. He refused to enforce great portions of that law. OK, the state of Arizona said, ‘no problem, we (Arizona) will enforce them’. Obama sued to stop them from doing that. Now I ask you, why would anyone expect Obama would enforce the parts of any new immigration legislation that he did not like?
