No. Today is the last day of election certification. So now that the results are certified, McDaniel can submit a challenge to the Republican Party of Mississippi (they’ll reject it). He then goes to a judge to get either a stay pending investigation, or an invalidation.

Cochran’s campaign suborned wholesale violation of Mississippi Code 23-15-575, which states, “No person shall be eligible to participate in any primary election unless he intends to support the nominations made in which he participates.” It may be unenforceable against any one individual, but it’s still the law. And I would think a court would take a dim view of electioneering based on encouraging its violation.
Those 6900 votes need to be subtracted from Thad Cockran’s vote total.
Enough to arrest anyone for fraud yet?

Is there any other institution where so many are willing to sell their souls and willingly corrupt their values to the degree they do in politics? Slime and corruption just permeate every level.
Sounds like what happened in Minnesota a few years ago when the so-called election was certified. All they said was, “Done is done!”
